T. Happel Scurry Promoted to Partner

Thurmond Kirchner & Timbes, P.A. is pleased to announce the promotion of T. Happel Scurry to the position of partner.

Scurry joined Thurmond Kirchner & Timbes, P.A. in 2016 and focuses his practice on construction and civil litigation. He received his Juris Doctor in 2008 from the University of South Carolina School of Law while simultaneously earning a master’s degree in Earth and Environmental Resource Management.

“Happel is a key member of our team. His experience, work ethic, and intelligence make him an asset to the firm and our clients. We are proud to welcome him as partner,” says founding member Jesse A. Kirchner.

Scurry is a proud member of the Charleston Bar and is admitted to practice in South Carolina State and Federal courts. He has been named to Super Lawyers Rising Stars each year since 2015.
