Chris represents individuals and businesses in a wide range of complex civil matters. His disciplined approach to his practice, methodical preparation and creative style are trademarks of the enduring results achieved for his clients.
Chris graduated from Florida State University in 2002 with a B.A. in English Literature and received his Juris Doctor in 2005 from Michigan State University College of Law. After sitting for the bar, Chris served as a law clerk to the Honorable R. Markley Dennis, Jr., Ninth Judicial Circuit. He joined Pierce, Herns, Sloan & McLeod, LLC as an associate in 2006, primarily practicing in construction litigation, toxic torts, and insurance defense.
Chris joined Thurmond Kirchner & Timbes, PA, in March 2010 and plays a leading role in the firm’s construction and civil litigation practice groups. Chris is an AV Preeminent rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell and is admitted to practice in South Carolina State and Federal courts.
