Chris graduated from Florida State University in 2002 with a B.A. in English Literature and received his Juris Doctor in 2005 from Michigan State University College of Law. After sitting for the bar, Chris served as a law clerk to the Honorable R. Markley Dennis, Jr., Ninth Judicial Circuit. He joined Pierce, Herns, Sloan & McLeod, LLC as an associate in 2006, primarily practicing in construction litigation, toxic torts, and insurance defense.

Chris joined Thurmond Kirchner & Timbes, PA, in March 2010 and plays a leading role in the firm’s construction and civil litigation practice groups. Chris is an AV Preeminent rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell and is admitted to practice in South Carolina State and Federal courts.
