Founding Partner Jesse A. Kirchner Speaks with Law Students About Construction Law

Jesse A. Kirchner, founder and partner at Thurmond Kirchner & Timbes, P.A., recently volunteered his time to speak to students at the Charleston School of Law about construction law. Kirchner is the lead construction attorney at Thurmond Kirchner & Timbes, P.A., and his successful trial work has resulted in many multi-million dollar settlements, positioning TKT as a leading firm for civil and construction litigation cases.

The Charleston School of Law welcomed industry leaders to campus to share insights on Construction Law. Students had the opportunity to meet with Jesse A. Kirchner, as well as other law and industry professionals, in Professor Suzanne Chapman’s class.

“Charleston School of Law was thrilled to welcome industry leaders to campus to share their valuable insight on Construction Law, including Jesse Kirchner, a founder and partner at Thurmond Kirchner & Timbes, P.A. Jesse engaged the students in a frank and knowledgeable discussion of the challenges of construction defect litigation and coverage disputes, offering them a real-world perspective beyond the typical law school podium lecture. Our students were fortunate to have the opportunity meet powerhouse attorneys like Jesse and others who have centered their practice around Construction Law.” – Professor Suzanne Chapman.
