David A. Nasrollahi is a trial attorney who focuses his practice on helping clients who have been injured by others, and regularly handles cases from trucking and auto accidents, premises liability, dram shop negligence (when a bar or restaurant violates alcohol liability laws), and insurance bad faith litigation.
Born and raised in Greenwood, South Carolina, David attended the College of Charleston as an undergraduate. He then graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was a member of The Journal of Law and Education as a staff editor. In addition to receiving his Juris Doctor, he also earned his Children’s Law Certificate, which signified his interest in an area of law that benefits children and families. After law school, David clerked for The Honorable Perry M. Buckner, Circuit Court Judge for the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit.
Prior to joining Thurmond Kirchner & Timbes, P.A., David worked as an associate attorney for a prominent defense law firm in Charleston. His experience and background working for a defense firm are invaluable in navigating claims for his injured clients. David was recognized in the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in 2023.
When David is not in court or at the office, he can be found playing in one of the many soccer leagues in Charleston.
