Thurmond Kirchner & Timbes hosted our 12th annual oyster roast on Saturday Feb. 3rd at Bulow Plantation Party Barn. It’s never too chilly for a party, especially during oyster season. Charleston’s oyster season includes all months that have an “R” in it, running from September to April. Over these months, the water temperature drops and the oyster beds are ripe for picking.
