Thurmond Kirchner & Timbes, P.A. is pleased to announce that William H. Waring, III has joined the firm as Of Counsel in the firm’s Summerville office. Waring will focus his practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and neglect, personal injury, and wrongful death.
Prior to joining Thurmond Kirchner & Timbes, P.A., Waring was an attorney at Lofton & Lofton, P.C., where his focus was entirely devoted to civil litigation.
Waring attended Furman University for his undergraduate studies. He received his juris doctorate, cum laude, in 2006 at the Cumberland School of Law.
